BOAT, RV, TRAILER, MOTOR HOME AND VEHICLE STORAGE RESERVATION FORM

We are now accepting reservations and deposits for BOAT, RV, TRAILER, MOTOR HOME AND VEHICLE storage for the next season. In order to reserve your space, you need to send us a reservation deposit payment equal to one full month of storage fee, WHICH WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR FIRST MONTH'S RENT, along with the completed reservation form below, to our office.

THERE ARE THREE WAYS YOU CAN STORE YOUR UNIT WITH US:

FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. BRING YOUR UNIT IN AT ANYTIME DURING THE YEAR, ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS, WITH NO RESERVATION AND NO GUARANTEE OF SPACE AVAILABLE.
GUARANTEED RESERVATION. OUR FALL/WINTER SEASON WILL BEGIN ON NOVEMBER 1^ST, 2012. A RESERVATION FOR THIS UPCOMING SEASON MEANS WE ARE SAVING A SPACE FOR YOU. THEREFORE, YOUR RENT WILL START ON NOVEMBER 1^ST WHETHER YOUR UNIT HAS ARRIVED AT OUR FACILITY OR NOT. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL NOVEMBER 1^ST YOU CAN COME IN EARLY IF YOU WANT TO, AND YOUR SPACE WILL BE GUARANTEED. WE REQUIRE AN ADVANCED DEPOSIT OF ONE FULL MONTH OF STORAGE FEE. SIMPLY MULTIPLY THE LENGTH OF YOUR UNIT BY $5.00 PER FOOT TO COMPUTE YOUR MONTHLY STORAGE RATE. MINIMUM 15 FEET. CARS ARE A FLAT RATE OF $75. DO NOT INCLUDE THE LENGTH OF YOUR TRAILER. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED YOUR RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT AND ARE NOT INTERESTED IN COMMITING TO THE NOVEMBER 1^ST STARTING DATE, WE WILL REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT AND TAKE YOU OFF THE RESERVATION LIST, IF AND ONLY IF YOU CONTACT US PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 1^ST.
YEAR ROUNDER. IF YOU ARE ALREADY A YEAR ROUND CUSTOMER, YOU DO NOT NEED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT OR SEND IN A RESERVATION. IF YOU ELECT TO PAY ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE, YOU WILL GET THE 12^TH MONTH FREE.

Storage space will be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you want to guarantee the availability of your space for next season, it is important that you send your reservation form and payment to us as soon as possible.

You should be aware that we expect to be at capacity this year......so send in your deposit payment and application quickly.

New lease agreements need to be signed the day you bring your unit in for storage.

All reservations must be made in the name of the owner of the property being placed in storage.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.
